Flashing green light on hub3

As stated above my hub is flashing green and I have no internet. All was working fine this morning at 09.00 . I then noticed it flashing and coincidentally a virgin  van parked outside. When I spoke to him he had just finished connecting a new installation  at my neighbours house. Oh by the way I found a bad connection on yours and I’ve repaired it. Have you been having problems. No. Not until you messed with it. I suspect he did something while connecting my neighbours and couldn’t fix it. It’ll be ok in a minute he said, but didn’t bother to check and just drove off. Earliest I could get engineer out is Friday tea time although I have managed one for tomorrow. All due to their fault. Very annoying as I work from home and have a heavy internet based property. Very poor.
Funnily enough my contact is up next month. Maybe time to move

It does sound is if the tech may have simply disconnected you in favour of your neighbour - ‘I found a bad connection on yours....’ no, not how they work, and if it was ‘fixed’ then it would work straight away, he drove away because he knew what he had done, but his job log will show a ‘successful’ connection for your neighbour and you, aren’t his problem!

But in the meantime, have you started to investigate alternative providers, what they can offer, how much etc. Yes, I know, can be a bit of a pain moving, but maybe......?

funnily enough I’ve had the same thought. Cynical but his job was to get the new connection up and running. Any which way.
