My broadband has been down since 10:30 this morning. I’ve been waiting unsuccessfully to speak to someone on chat. Could someone check if there is a problem in my area and when it would be resolved please?

VM will not get to you post for 2 or 3 days. 

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

Thanks. I managed to get through to someone on the chat who advised it would be working by 9:30pm that night. Fast forward to 7:30am and it’s still not working despite a restart.
