External cable cover

 the external cable cover is missing how do I get a replacement please?

Taking a look at the picture you've posted, the box is intact. There wouldn't be a further cover over the black cable itself. If the box has actually gone, can you post an up to date picture for us to help further please?

Hi. Thank you for the reply. I mean the cover is missing where the cable that enters the wall on the right, that is covered in silicon.  It had a black plastic cover on it when the engineer installed it.
