Dropped Network connections and Post RS Errors

Hi, I am getting some network connections errors, especially with Google Chrome and was wondering if my Post RS errors may point to the reason? I've included screenshot.

Can you share a screen shot of the error seen in Chrome ?

Sorry to hear of the connection issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

From checking the connection and equipment we can see there is currently a power level issues on the downstream channels. To resolve this will require a technician, I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you to assist.
