For the past week ive been getting persistent little spikes in packet loss and I am noticing it ingame.
Is there currently an issue in my area, no point in calling up as I never get anywhere and now the tech support has business hours so if my internet went completely off after 5pm there is nobody to call.

The issues are this causes you to wig out for a couple of seconds in online games and those more sensitive you get disconnected.

I would still like to know how a firmware update a couple of years ago broke pre/post errors and upstream error counts on my superhub 4, they are constantly at 0 even at a time when they had that massive outage it was reporting 0 errors.

You're not alone with this issue. It cannot be your equipment, as I also have the same issue, but I also monitor a neighbour that's close by and he gets the exact same latency, packet loss as me. Our power levels are all ideal.
This is in Area 07 (South West England)
Needless to say, this is not ideal when gaming!

Thought I would try restarting the superhub, see if that helped but I somehow made it worse?
I rebooted it again but am still getting packet loss on Realspeed as well as on the above graph (you can see it when you zoom in after the restarts, there are ones either side of the yellow spike at the end)
