Constant drop outs since installed. Solid white light, flashing white light now flashing red light.

I've had two engineers and still no luck. Starting to feel I should never have switched providers. Any help would be appreciated 🙏

I have the same along with my continuing drop outs. Called Virgin Media after resetting etc told " its been reported to network team".

We're so sorry to hear you're having some issues with the hub and service. 

We've taken a look at things on our side, and can see you're on the trial network. You would therefore need to speak to the dedicated team please so they can investigate further for you. We aren't able to support this yet on the community forums.
