Connecting security camera to Hub 5 Fails

Hi
I have just upgrade my Virgin Router to the latest Hub 5. The engineer was here to set it up for me. With the old virgin router  I was able to connect my external security camera to the Network via WiFi and it worked fine. Now with the new router I cannot get the security camera to connect via WiFi.
Is there any reason why it will not connect with the new router please

Could be a number of issues.  Have you separated the 2.4 and 5.0 networks?  If the two have the same SSID it can sometimes prevent older equipment from connecting.

I do not work for VM. Services: 2 x HD TV (+ Sky Sports, TNT sport), x2 Tivo boxes (WiFi) Hub5 1gb, Talk Weekend Phone on IP.
