Hello Virgin,
This happened again and is very frustrating.
After coming home from holidays, all the phones and tablets connecting to the Wi-Fi of the router, but have no internet access.
I switch off electric devices in the house (including the hub) when away for a longer time.
And yes, I did reboots, resets and all that and engineer visits.
Can this please be solved asap.

I'm sorry your return home after your holiday was met with this problem with your WIFI!

Maybe something VM do that it not know is disconnect dead connections to fix noise issues? so you turn off the hub long enough when they check and maybe check again then your connection is dead it seems they check hardware line is active or not.
