Cannot order Wifi Pod

Tuning in


Having run the Scan in the Connect App I have several rooms with zero or poor connection.

However, I don't have any option in the app to order a wifi pod as advertised.

Can you organise this for me, please?

Why don't you get your installation engineers to do a site survey when they are on premises?

We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with the WiFi and haven't been able to order a pod via the app. 

Could you kindly send us a screenshot of the speed test results from the connect app?

Hi Vikki,

Thanks for getting back. I've repeated some tests this morning to get latest performance.

On at least one occasion I wasn't able to run the test as no connection was possible at all.
