I’ve just arrived at my new house and the wifi hub has been delivered. The Virgin Media isolator cable is in my room. However it connects all the way to the living area where this lead finishes. I cant unscrew the lead in my Virgin Cable, and so when I connect the end of the lead to my HITRON hub, it just flashes green and won’t connect.
How do I connect onto wifi with this setup in my house?

From what you've said, it sounds like you have a Virgin Media Business Hub and therefore a Virgin Media Business customer.
