Hi .... having some problems hope you can advise, I spoke to vm via chat a few days ago and also sent the attachment to show some test results, I was then sent out a pod which would solve my problems, sadly this did not happen and the pod wouldn't connect, started another chat this morning and also sent the attached results of my tests, was told to remove the pod from the wall socket and wait 20mins then plug it back in and it should connect and I should be ok, did this after approx 2 hrs as had to leave the house for a while and the pod still does not connect, looking at the test results I think there is more of a problem that a pod could help, can anyone share there thoughts on what might be the problem? speed tests seem ok

VM and their dam pods...you should throw it back to them and just get your own router with 1Gb ports and use hub in modem mode

See if anything in message 5 in this thread helps to connect Pods…

If not report back. What package are you on and what speeds do you get on a computer/laptop connected on an ethernet cable?

Only issue in my area is a TV issue which they are working to fix, I can't understand why wifi is like this its been ok for years also can't understand why ethernet is bad but speeds look ok.

Hi GordM1 👋
Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Community.
I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with your Broadband. Based on the BQMs you have provided, and the data we have, there aren't any underlying issues causing the problems you're experiencing, such as a network or signal problem.
I've identified that the Pod you have been sent, was not paired automatically to your Hub. Therefore, I've gone ahead and manually paired these, and the Pod should begin working within the next 20 minutes. It can take up to 7 days to fully optimise, but you should begin to see an improvement within 48 hours.
Please let us know how things are.
Cheers,

Not sure how you could pair my pod manually as it was not plugged in, can we please use this thread to save posts getting lost or mixed up... https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Re-Wifi-Pods-not-connecting-to-router/m-p/5...
