Broadband upgrade problem
Two days ago via the website I upgraded my broadband to the Gig1 version but today I have received what I thought was the contract for the Gig1 but insteasd I have been given a new contract for the speed I aleady have. Can you tell me why this has happened?
I only have broadband on its own and there was nothing to say I can't get it in the precontract forms I received so If the Gig1 is not available as a stand alone product then why was it available in the upgrades section for me to choose?
