Hi everyone
I noticed that the brown plastix box outside my property, that houses VM connections, is broken and some wires are coming out of the bottom of the box.
Im worried that this may pose a problem because of inclement weather and also the fact that someone may try and vandalise this (as has happened in this area before with an electric box that wasnot secured properly)
Im a new customer and I cant help but think that this should have been properly closed after initial engineer visit last month.
Is there a way to repair this? Can VM rectify this?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
