App can’t connect to router Hun 5

Hi, I have been trying to connect to my router via the IOS App for the last few weeks and still no luck! I have done everything it suggests, including restarting the router etc and still nothing. There is no VPN on my devices so nothing has been changed when it was connected!

Anyone else had this issue?

Please see pics for more information.

Please note the WiFi pod is turned off on purpose.

Just check iOS is not using Private Relay, as this will stop the app working.

Note you can do without the app, and work on the Hubs admin console directly.

Yes I have confirmed the IOS isn’t using private relay. It’s accessible via the website as you’ve advised but easier to monitor kids usage etc via the app!

The VM Connect app is not functioning with the Hub 5x.

Using a browser connect to the Hub 5x at http://192.168.0.1/

Make sure the device hosting the App is on the 5.0ghz network.  I found that the App would not connect to the hub5 on the 2.4ghz network.

Just a thought, give it a try.

Kind Regards,

Bill
