Having same problem as many others email verification does not work on trying to register Spent hours trying to sort what should have been a 5 min job. Could someone from Virgin please help resolves this. Thanks

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service, can I ask if you are getting an error message when you try to register?
Have you used this email previously with us at all for a former account?

I have got part way through registration to where it sends an email to me for verification of the email address - I have done this about 20 times and every time I click on the link in your verification email it comes back and says it has expired even if i have clicked on it within seconds of receipt. I may have used this email address for a telephone line service at a previous address that terminated maybe 4-5 years ago

We're sorry to hear you've been unable to verify the email address. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
