Sorry to hear of the issues experienced registering for your Virgin Media online account, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
Depending on if or when the service where installed, it can take a few days to allow registration for the online account. Once this has been completed and all of the details have updated you should then be able to register.
Thank you Robert. Apologies for the delay. My service isnt being installed until the 24th April but I get endless emails from Vigin telling me to register!!
Hopefully after install this will rectify itself.
Thanks for the update on this marktimson63, that is correct, when your services are installed and the account is live you will be able to register for an online account.
