Unable to register

I have experienced a similar issue where I have attempted to register my new account but have not been sent an email to verify and finish setting up my virgin media account and therefore cannot access my account at all. Any help would be appreciated.

    Just taken put new broadband package but unable to register account. Put in password but nothing happens

        I have tried this several times but when I choose a password the virgin icon just keeps spinning & says Request in Progress.
