Unable to register

Hi, I am unable to register online with MyVirginmedia despite numerous attempts. Tried different devices/browsers etc but it just hangs on the password page. 

I need to be able to view my account as I have just had installation after an 11 month delay by VM so am entitled to compensation.

On the occasions I have managed to speak to an operative when ringing VM, they have been no help.

Would appreciate advice on registering my account and how to go about getting the compensation.

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties getting registered for My VM, and that you are chasing some Auto-compensation for a delayed installation. 

    Auto-compensation would automatically be applied to your account now the installation has been completed. We'd need to take a closer look at things from our side to offer further insight as to what's been applied, but you can find general information about the scheme here 👉 https://virg.in/autocomp . 

    I will send you a PM to confirm a few details to offer further support with both this, and your My VM registration issues. You can find the PM in your Inbox 📩 in the top right corner of the page.       Hi All 👋

      Just returning to this public thread to keep things updated! 

      Thanks to AnnaPB for PMing with me 📩 - I'm glad to report we've been able to get the issue with My VM registration sorted, and now they are all set up correctly! 

      I was also able to offer some help with the compensation enquiry, which I can confirm has now been sent out via cheque.
