Virgin Media App is saying that my box hasn't been installed as it hasn't arrived. It has arrived and is working perfectly but for some reason its saying that it hasn't. This means that I can't access the features of the app to control my account and wifi.
Can anyone support with this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the app. When were your services and equipment installed and activated? What's the error message saying exactly?
