I cannot see my bill details in the app?

My dashboard shows the bill but when I click on it I just get a generic whoops something went wrong screen?

I've only recently installed the app in a last hope effort of seeing the bill. I've never been successful in either using the email bill link or the website.

I've been a customer for many years but the only thing that has occurred to me is I may not be the primary account holder?

I have now tried various combination of browser (phone and on laptop).

app is installed on my phone so when i press details goes oops in app

if i copy the emailed bill detail link into incognito/private mode i can log in but then just goes to an empty web page https://my.virginmedia.com/ebill/view

if i just follow the link it won't even let me log in just goes to a blank web page my.virginmedia.com

i've now tried various browsers (on my phone samsung internet and chrome. on a laptop edge and chrome? all done in private and normal modes?

This sounds like there could be a connection issues, which broswer are you using? 

I would like using it in private mode and let us know how you get on. Cheers

I haven't been able to view my bill in the app for months. Same issue "Oops something went wrong " uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. Even on the website nothing. Also deleted cookies and used different browsers. Screen shot attached

Are you able to please reset your password online and then try to sign in again, to see if this helps you view the bill please?

Nope, reset password still get the Oops message 

Thanks for coming back to us JAFFA1971, we may need to log this with our support team but before we do that, are you able to access that part of the site via incognito or private browsing mode to see if that works for you?

I'm using your App... how do you use incognito mode? You can't.
