Unable to access my full account

Joining in


Keep running into problems trying to access my account after changing to virgin media. Firstly I couldn’t verify my email address and this had to be done from your side and now I can’t create a memorable word as the attached keeps happening.

I have tried clearing the cache and trying other browsers I have also tried to do this on WiFi and mobile data.
