After numerous and frustrating attempts at trying to reset my password due to forgetting the original all I added up with was the same message “Oops Something Went Wrong Try Again Later” I tried, tried and tried all to no avail. Where do I go next please

Sorry to see that you've been having issues resetting your VM password. Just to confirm, is this regarding an email password or your My VM account? Does this issue persist on multiple browsers? Have you attempted to clear cookies and cache to see if this helps?
