I'm having the same issue, it makes absolutely no sense why they can't just link the 2 accounts the same as every other company! On top of this, my volt benefits have been removed with O2 and I can't see my virgin account to work out if they are still active. Just makes moving house that much more stressful when it doesn't need to be.

Sorry to hear of the account issues since moving, we appreciate you raising this with us via the forums.

 

It can take a couple of days for the details to update and allow access to your online account following a move. Can you confirm when you moved and when the installation was completed at the new address?

I still can't see the new account. It seems this happens a lot looking at the forum.

I was cut off a day early as well, so not impressed.
