Hi, I've been trying to check out different packages for my account but every time I click on the "Change your package" button it comes up with a message saying "Oops! Looks like something's gone wrong" - checking the forum, this looks like a common issue. Please can I have some help? Thanks

In order to discuss your package and the options that are currently available to you, we'll send you a private message on here.
Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
