Please, can someone help me resolving this issu? I can't login to my new account as I've NEVER received the verification email no matter how many times I tried to resend it. Called the customer service twice but I've been told to wait...

Really hope someone can help here.

Hi Matt,

I have the same issue.. Please help me too. 
All the SMS's from Virgin say sign up for your account. I contact customer service and they say you cant until activated and try tomorrow.. My account is stuck in limbo now as it still waiting email verification and I never recieve the email.
