Set up a broadband and tv package online. Received the pre contract sheets but have no account number or area number and therefore unable to create online account to access delivery etc. can anyone help?

Hi yes I’ve had the order confirmation and pre contract sheet but nothing else.

With this the pre contract documentation should provide the information at the top of your screen as to your area reference and account number. It should appear around the top section underneath your name.
