No account number or area reference

Hi I've set up my virgin order and received the contract summary but I have no account number or area reference so I can set up a virgin account. Further to this I have no made any payments yet despite setting up the direct deposit.

Hi Lam1 👋 Welcome to the community forum! Thanks for posting and letting us know your concerns about My VM Access. 

As a new customer, you won't be able to register for My VM until your services are installed / activated and you have received your first bill with your account number and area reference. 

Once you are set up you should be able to register no problem! If you do have any issues, please let us know (along with any error code or message you receive.)

I installed the router about 3 weeks ago and I havent had any sort of bill come through as of yet

Did you manage to set an online account up?

From here you can manage your account and see your latest bill?

Unless you've opted into paper billing a bill would only be sent online.
