New account but app showing old details

Hi everyone looking sir some help

i recently sold my home, cancelled my vision media and eventually signed back up as I was moving into a new house

whenever I sign into the app it only shows my old details and account number

does anyone know how I can change this?

@Hgldr You should be able to register a new My Virgin Media account for the new address using a different email address than the old account.

Failing that the VM Forum Team staff should be able to arrange for a move and transfer to the new account.

You would need need to start a new account up, with your new details

If you want to use your same email address we would need to transfer this over.
