Hi I need help logging in to my virgin media account please. I have a new account but it’s using the same email as my old account was. When I go to login my password doesn’t work and when I try reset it, it simply won’t let me. I can’t register again as it says the my email is already registered. So I think I have to accounts active with same email which is glitching it. Thanks
