My virgin media app, unable to retrieve data

Just changed my deal and now my virgin media app says unable to retrieve details, tried everything including calling customer service

That does not help, tried all that.

    Can you send us a screenshot of the error you are seeing?

    Can you also confirm if you have received a contract for the new deal and when this was agreed?
