Move and Transfer - new a/c number to existing email

I am having the same problem.

I moved house and service is active in the new house. But my email account is still linked to the old account and I can't check my new account.

I can't log in to my new account to pay my bills and I need my email account removed from the old account and added to my new account.

Hi All 👋

Just returning to the public thread to keep things updated. Thanks to PJHeath for PMing with me. 

We were able to confirm the details needed to get the My VM logins transferred over. This is all now sorted and they have access to the correct account again!

Just returning to keep the public thread updated. We were able to get the account transferred over, and it's now all sorted with the correct access.
