I am so frustrated with Virgin. I have been trying to reset my password for a few weeks without success. Somebody at virgin said they reset my password & to leave it for a couple of hours before logging in. It didn’t work. I have tried myself what seems like a 100 times & every time it tells me there’s an error. I can see from this forum that this problem has been going on for a long time. As a new customer I think this is outrageous. They would soon contact me if I didn’t pay my bill 😤

How do I cancel my contract? I’m absolutely disgusted at the service I’ve received. No one has contacted me & they have lied that they have left me messages. When googling I’ve now realised that you treat all your customers in this way.
