I can't register on the app for my landline, but have no problems registering for my mobile.
Contacted virgin who gave me a direct phone number for technical support - which turned out to be 'Domestic & General'!

Just to confirm, are you trying to register for an online account as seen here If so what happens when you are trying to register? Do you get an error message?
