I can't login to my virgin media

Hi,

I can't login to my virgin media. I registered and then can't login. 
I know my password is right as it's an iPhone stored strong password so my phone fills it for me. 
I try forgot my password link and reregistering but never get an email. 
please advise

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with logging into your online account. 

Are you getting a incorrect password message, when you try to login? Have you recently changed your password and your iPhone hasn't updated the password?
