Hello, trying to register for the My Virgin Media App, but can’t find any information with my account number or area number. Where would I find this, please? Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

When you joined Virgin Media you would have received an Order Confirmation. Once the relevant checks are done and the account set up, you should receive a welcome email which will contain the information you need. You'll also receive a contract confirming the services and cost. The information will also show on there.
