Can’t Reset password

I’m having trouble resetting my password, every time I try it tells me there’s not enough information to reset the password right now. I’ve tried on other devices as well as uninstalling and re installing but nothing works.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble resetting your My Virgin Media password via the app, even after removing and then reinstalling it. Have you tried doing this via a browser instead?

Yes, I’ve tried several times through various browsers it still doesn’t work.
