Hi

I'm having the same problem

I am trying to contact the retention's team but the option when ringing is not available

how can I contact them please to discuss my renewal

If Option 4 (Thinking of leaving) isn't available when calling then you can also contact VM via WhatsApp on 0780 3089 684

Or you can contact VM on Social Media by either messaging
