I placed my Volt package order on July 29th. They are still saying that the old tenant's account is active at my address, so I can't get the connection. What should I do? I need the connection as soon as possible, or else I will need to move to another provider.

We're sorry to hear of the difficulty you've been facing when attempting to have your services installed at your new address.
We would advise that this will need to be raised with our Sales Team, who will be able to raise a 'gone away' form to ensure that any former account is closed to allow you to process your activation.
