ebilling

Hi all, I'm looking to sign up for ebilling. VM have added £1.75 to my first bill for paper billing. I didn't sign up for that service and i'd like to set up ebilling only.

I've been round and round my account with no luck of switching to ebilling only.

Can any help please?
