Can someone please help me set up ebilling as I cannot do it from my account setting?

I have exactly the same problem. I can't enable e-billing, can you help me?

Thanks for posting on the forums in regards to issues setting up Ebilling, we're happy to help and welcome you to the community!

 

In order to assist we will need to confirm some details, I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.

Hello,

I have the exact same issue. I can find the "Switch to ebilling" button but it sends me to my Account Settings where there is no further explanation or options to change.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear that you're also having an issue registering for E-Billing. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
