I have been trying to switch to ebilling, but like so many others I am going around in circles. please help🙏

I am sorry for ay issues you are having switching to eBilling.
Could you please try following the below steps:
• Click on the Settings tile.
• Click on Account Details.
• Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.
• Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
• Click Update.
