Changed package

I changed my virginmedia package Friday 7th July, I was text the contract agreement which I approved. But my package hasn’t changed yet and haven’t heard anything else from virginmedia, so what do I do now?

Billing broadband

I had to change my package yesterday as my current one was expiring on the 16th August. Today I have had the usual amount of £24 go out of my bank account, however on the 28th July on the new email sent that £51 will be taken as well ? Why? I didn't ...

2 digit area code

Hi I have recently switched to Virgin Media and had my installation 22.6.23. However, I cant find a welcome e-mail or had a postal welcome pack. Trying to set up an account online and the app but need a 2 digit area code. Can anyone help please. BB12

Suspended services.

Ive had all my services suspended despite my bills being paid by direct debit and no bills outstanding. Asking me to pay to reconnect even though amount due shows as £0.00. Any body else have this issue?
