Why are you charging me for Netflix

I have been billed for Netflix when I have my own Netflix and pay for it through them. I cannot afford to pay this twice, I want it cancelled now please. You have no right to do this.

Being charged for Netflix when it's already included in my bundle. Called you three times now. You said you would refund me this month for last month but on this month's bill you e charged me again. I'm 76 years old. Why are you doing this. If you don't sort this you can cancel my contract and I'll go back to sky. Your calls are recorded. You promise things that you never follow through with.

Hi JAFFAORANGE47,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our co9mmunity and welcome back, sorry to hear you are being charged for Netflix when it is part of your package, this can happen if you have Netflix premium as you only get the standard free and the difference will be charged extra, have you checked which option you have?

Regards

Paul.

Virgin media are shocking, I’ve had this problem for 4 months and we have no Netflix account. Clearly a problem at virgin media. I can’t wait to leave the contract

This is crazy, virgin have charged me for Netflix since January…I haven’t asked for it and don’t have an account with Netflix but they charge me every month. It took 9 months to finally get a refund of £111 but then they continue to put it on my bill. So I have had to cancel my contract as I can’t deal with the stress anymore. I will be disconnected 29/12/23 and my final bill has Netflix on it too 😡 They’ll owe me £15.99 x 3

its like stealing! Frankly disgusting. Can’t believe I have to cancel totally to stop being charged for things I don’t have. Off to BT I go

Morning JoolyB,

Thanks for posting, and very sorry to hear of the trouble you've had with the billing, we're sorry you've decided to leave us.

So I can take a closer look at your billing to ensure things are correct, I've popped you over a private message.

They have done exactly the same to me. I have spoken to people who confirm I do not have Netflix on my account and then they charge me for it. I keep getting told to contact Netflix but I do not have an account!!!! Absolutely crazy.
Im thinking of moving to Sky too if they don’t sort it out soon

Maybe you could sort mine out too as I cannot afford these extra charges and I don’t have an account with Netflix to cancel so I don’t know why you are charging me for it. It is stealing! I will be taking this further if I don’t get a resolution soon

Hi there @kazdrew

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you are also facing this issue with Netflix I'd be happy to look into this with you via a private message and I will pop one across now.

Please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.

I am having exactly the same issue.  I already have Natflix account directly with Natflix and i pay for this separately.  However when i joined Virgin Media, they have added further £15.99 per month - this is a second subscription.  V Media claim that someone in our house set it up and it has nothing to do with them and we have to speak with Natflix.  We have spoken with them twice and they have confirmed that we only have one problem.  Thankfully it is being looked into by the Comm support team and hope it will be resolved and V Media stop charging me £15.99 per month and refund me for past 11 months.  It is clear looking at the other messages, it is a hick up by V Media itself
