When to haggle for better price?

My contract ends on the 27th August 2024 and I'm paying £32.64 for M125 and weekend calls . Can I inform them that I don't want to renew today or should I wait till 27th July (its on saturday)? Is it better to talk to them on the phone or use the WhatsApp chat to negotiate better?

Best to go via "thinking of leaving us" option on the phone.  Do your homework around other suppliers prices, and be prepared to leave if you think you are not getting a good deal.  After 90 days you will be a "new" customer again, so you may be able to use a 30 day rolling SIM for internet for a short period.

Hey kinopbo2, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

You can start looking at deals anytime you want via this link

If you wish to give your 30 days’ notice you can do it  by just sending a WhatsApp with a description of the cancellation to 07803089684 or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA.
