Hi all, newbie here, got TV360 problems so set up a visit from engineer for today, got all the emails, and he doesn't turned up, no phone call or message to let me know, which is what he is supposed to do. Now find out when I log in that he is coming on Saturday. Would quite happily take 25squid off me if I didn't show up though. Tried to find a way of contacting Virgin, but I guess I always new where that was going. **bleep**s cost me two jobs I could have taken on today so out of pocket already.

The (small amount of) compensation goes both ways

so VM owes you £30.49 if they failed to show and failed to notify you.
Phone contact is 150 from a Virgin Media landline (free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (call costs may apply). Even if you got through though the info you might have received may not have been totally reliable.
