I have broadband with Virgin and I've been very happy with it up until now. I am now constantly receiving sales calls asking me to take up TV and phone services, neither of which I want. Despite that I am receiving 'order documents' and 'contract summary sheets'. The last call I received was Friday evening and I categorically stated that I didn't want any new services and was happy with the current arrangements. I thought that was the end of it...
I've now received yet more 'order documents'. Telling the representatives on the phone that I do NOT want this is clearly not working and it seems impossible to make contact any other way. The constant pressure on this is worrying and really annoying. I'm starting to regret my choice of provider in the first place.
Trying this as a last resort in the hope that a Virgin contact can advise how I can stop receiving 'orders' and 'contracts' for things I've repeatedly said I don't want!

If you sign into My Virgin Media then Account Settings > Marketing preferences, you can untick the check box next to "Sounds good! Keep me up to date" which stops VM contacting you via phone, text message, post and email. Be sure to scroll down and click on Save Changes. It takes up to 28 days to take effect. This won't however prevent mailshots to "the householder"

Hi there @davidandaileen
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have received these calls from our teams and a precontract, they may have sent this across just to show the deal however I would be happy to pop you a private message and check the account has not changed as well as opt you our of marketing calls for the future if you would like.
I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.
