Virgin asking to return already returned kit via Yodel

I have cancelled my services and returned the router kit, via yodel. I have the receipt and confirmation that Virgin have already received the kit. I am getting text asking to return the kit or else I am going to be billed an unspecified amount at some point.

Whom do I have to speak/contact to resolve this issue?

From memory it takes around 14 days (apparently?) from when the goods arrive with VM until your kit is marked as returned.

However, if you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and confirm directly with you.

Hi, Thanks for the info. The text from virgin came 6 days after I received the return package AND I returned it the same day. It was confirmed delivered 4 days after sending. The text seems automated and whatever department is working on this seems disconnected from the one handling deliveries.
