My Virgin broadband monthly fee is £32, I received a email from Virgin a few days ago saying that it’s increasing to £35 due to the 8.8% increase, which I’m completely ok with
But then tonight, I got another email from them saying that my bill is ready to be paid and it’s now £56?? I checked my bank from last month and I also got charged £56..
Am I missing something? Because 8.8% wouldn’t total up to nearly £60 from £32. I have 2 discounts that are applied until June 2025 as well
