I've just recontracted with VM for another 18 months, and I'm now on the Mega TV package.
I was told in the email that Sky Sports Ultra HD had been added in addition to the Mega TV package, but the Sky Sport & Cinema Ultra HD relating to Maxit TV (which also includes the entertainment and Sky on demand UHD) had been removed.
I'm keen to keep the cinema, entertainment and Sky on demand UHD, and would like to know if this is already included in the Mega TV package or will this be extra as it's not entirely clear on your site.

Thanks for coming back to me.
When I click on the link, nothing happens but I've found out that the Cinema and entertainment UHD has been removed, so another call to VM will need to be made.

Many thanks for the updated links. Since then, I've had THREE different contracts sent to me, with varying price amounts and packages. One even has the UHD cinema on them, but I still dont have this on my tv.

Have you consented to the contracts that have been sent to you?
Consenting to them will then allow the contracts to implement on your account/TV service.

There was no option to consent to the options I've provided. I did have to use the online chat to get the Cinema and entertainment UHD options added, and another econtract came through but no option to sign.
To be honest, this will likely be my last 18 months with Virgin as every time I renegotiate the contract, I have to deal with changes to the packages (this time it was Maxit TV to Mega TV) and making sure all the add ons have been correctly put on. It will be likely that I'll also have to change to the TV 360 software (which in my opinion, is inferior to the V6 Tivo software I currently have). The package price from month 19 will then be over £200 per month. What I have is no way worth that amount of money especially with comparing like with like with Sky.
