I returned my Virgin Media Equipement on 11.09.2024, via the Fulham Broadway O2 shop. And now Vrigin Media is threatening to debit my account on GBP 65.- on 4 October. And of course, calling customer service is a disaster, no email, no human chat ... Bad.

Have you held onto the receipts from the O2 shop? It can take some time for VM's internal departments to talk to each other about goods returns.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your equipment return, it can often take up to 10 days from when we recieve the equipment back for the systems to be updated but as this was done on the 11th, this should be back with us now.
